We approach our work in 3 easy steps....
Step 1 - Assess the Problem
Rather than just using the traditional “electric eel” adopted by most plumbers, we will take the time to determine the point of blockage and accessibility to the drains. Part of this process may include the use of a CCTV camera (closed circuit TV) to inspect your drain pipes to find the cause of the blockage.

Step 2 - Attempt to Clear the Blockage
Your technician will, to the best of his ability, attempt to clear your drains using a high pressure water jet. This state-of-the-art technology is designed to remove roots, grease, dirt and sand. Our highly trained operators in the majority of cases will have your drains cleared in no time.
Step 3 Further Action
After assessing the cause of the blockage with a CCTV camera, you decide the course of action that suits you best. This might include further Water Jetting to remove all obstructions or a Chemical Root Treatment, which is a safe bacterial treatment inhibiting further root re-growth. |
